The Divine Decrees are a precious gift from a Loving God!

These Decrees are what God has blessed the  of children of man with to assist them in this crucial time.  The Divine Decrees are God's love song to His children and our prayers are our love songs to God.

The Divine Decrees do not take the place of prayer!  They are to be utilized in addition to your prayers!

It as if you are on an airplane and the pilot comes over the loudspeaker and lets you know "do not be afraid, there will be turbulance.  During the turbulance, the oxygen masks will drop from above.  Place the mask on yourself first, then place it on the one sitting next to you.  Have no fear, the turbulance will subside and you will be safe.  We will be landing shortly.  Thank you for putting your trust and faith in us." 

This is what we have to combat the fear, the Love of God.  It is through His love for His children that these Divine Decrees are shared, precisely when they are needed the most.  There will be a shifting upon the earth from dark to Light and Father's original purpose for the earth and mankind is coming to fruition.  The dark will be getting darker and the light will be getting lighter.  There is no need to fear, we are given opportunity to express our free will by aligning our will with the Will of God through these Divine Decrees.  These activate the ability of the Holy Angels to manifest change, protect, defend, battle, heal and do all the things Divinely Decreed by Father.  For further information as to why this is all necessary and how it is important that this is activated through the free will of the children of man, see the Original Issues.

God knows where things are at and how many are suffering.  God also knows that it is through the spoken word that the power of transformation, the power from God can take place.

Decrees are to be used with your prayers.  Do not stop praying!  The Divine Decrees are given to be used in addition to our own prayers from our heart to God.  The Divine Decrees cover many things we are unaware of and forget to pray for, protecting and healing, blessing and sharing beyond time and space.  There are given to the of children of man as assistance in being that place of Love, aligned with God's will.

These Decrees are the Holy Words shared with Blessed Tiffany and given to Fr. Billy Clark to share the story of the Love of God.

God loves His children so, He has given them a way to become stronger with Him, to face down any adversary.  These are the words of God, shared with you to give you protection and assist you in your choosing of Love over fear.

Our Heavenly Father knows what we need and He has blessed us with these gifts.  We share them freely for all of our brothers and sisters that there may be less suffering in this world and greater love and unity with God.
